History

ECB Equine Ltd., owned and managed by Ean Branston was started in 2001 by importing the first equine spas to England. These were imported initially to operate one at Ean and Sarah's Centre for Natural Equine Therapy, which is the UK base for ECB Equine.

The spas were also imported by ECB to sell on in the UK, and with the help of Professor Evan Hunt*, twelve units were sold. However, it soon became apparent that the quality and availability of these spas was going to be a problem

Therefore, in early 2003 ECB successfully started manufacturing a UK-produced  machine incorporating new  ECB design features that were either lacking or of a lower quality in the other models. The resulting Spa unit now branded as the ECB Equine Spa is faster, more economical and has improved safety features for both horse and operator.

Since then over a hundred ECB Equine spas have been sold throughout the UK & Eire, Europe and Internationally. As the health, welfare, training and rehabilitation benefits of cold water spas are increasingly recognised, sales are growing steadily. ECB Equine is the market leader and by far offers the highest quality and after sale serviced product.
