Welsh rugby team take on the ECB spa again!

The Welsh rugby team have once again taken an ECB Spa to use as part of their training programme for the coming season.

National conditioning coach Mark Bennett was so impressed with the results the spa had on the team last season, he asked to have the spa back for this years matches.

We would like to wish the team the best of luck for the coming season.
